1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Rishaan Designs services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Rishaan Designs provides custom landing page design and development services. Our "see first, pay later" guarantee means you will receive a complete preview of your website before any payment is required.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due only after you approve the completed website design. Additional services such as hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support are available through subscription plans with monthly or annual billing.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own all rights to your website design and code. Rishaan Designs retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

5. Refund Policy

Since payment is only required after approval of the completed work, refunds are generally not applicable. For subscription services, you may cancel at any time with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rishaan Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
